The Service is operated by Vanessa Destaing Robine, an individual based in the United States.

1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you may only use the Service with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf.

Some features require you to create an account, including using Sign in with Apple. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
3. The Service: AI-generated product comparisons
CompareXY uses artificial intelligence to generate product comparisons. AI-generated content can be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. The Service is provided for informational purposes only and is not financial advice. You are solely responsible for verifying any information before making a purchase decision.
4. Affiliate links and commissions
Some links on the Service are affiliate links. If you click an affiliate link and make a purchase, we may earn a commission from the merchant at no additional cost to you. Affiliate relationships do not influence the comparisons or rankings we generate.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Service for unlawful purposes;
- scrape or reverse engineer it;
- interfere with its operation;
- harass others;
- misrepresent your identity; or
- commercially exploit it without permission.
6. Intellectual property
The Service is owned by CompareXY and protected by copyright and trademark laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive license to use the Service for non-commercial purposes.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED AS IS AND AS AVAILABLE, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND ACCURACY OF AI-GENERATED CONTENT.
8. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED $100 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PRIOR TWELVE MONTHS, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify CompareXY from any claims arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time. Sections on intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, and dispute resolution survive termination.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States. Disputes will be resolved in courts located in New York.
13. Apple App Store
If you access the App through the Apple App Store, you also agree to Apple’s standard EULA at https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/.
